After speaking with a good friend of ours, Jody, and other Moms and professionals did the idea of a "Postpartum Depression Plan" manifest! If we create "Birth Plans" to prepare for that remarkable day, why not a "Postpartum Plan," too! We've created a plan that we would be more than happy to receive further ideas.
